Refunds and Returns

Return Policy
Our return policy has a duration of 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and it should be in its original packaging.

Items not in their original, unopened condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not attributed to our error cannot be returned. Also, items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery cannot be accepted for a refund.


Refunds
(if applicable) Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within 1-2 days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received your refund yet, we suggest first checking your bank account. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, please contact your credit card company, as there is often a processing period before a refund is posted. If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, kindly contact us at contact@inspiredbyscents.co.uk


Exchanges
(if applicable) We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send an email to contact@inspiredbyscents.co.uk


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and was directly shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift code will be emailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.


Shipping
To initiate the return of your product, please contact contact@inspiredbyscents.co.uk and await instructions for the return process.

You will be responsible for covering the costs of shipping when returning your item. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For items with a value over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
