Order Processing and Dispatch:

For our customers’ convenience, we aim to process and dispatch orders swiftly. Orders placed before 8 AM from Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped on the same working day. This commitment ensures that your order is on its way as soon as possible.

Estimated Delivery Times:

We understand that timely delivery is crucial to your shopping experience. On average, you can anticipate receiving your parcel within 2-3 working days, excluding holidays. If you reside in the Highlands and Islands, please allow an extra day for delivery. Our goal is to get your order to you in the shortest time possible.

Weekend and Bank Holiday Orders:

Orders placed on a Friday (after 8 AM), Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday, excluding bank holidays. This ensures that your orders are processed during our working days, maximising efficiency.

Delivery Providers:

Your UK orders will be delivered by Royal Mail TRACKED. Deliveries occur from Monday to Saturday. EU deliveries will be handled by a shipping company that we choose will be suitable to handle your order after checkout.
